With over 7 years of experience in yoga, Kasen is a passionate and dedicated yoga instructor known for guiding students on a journey to physical strength, mental clarity, and inner peace. Certified through Yoga Alliance, Kasen offers a blend of Vinyasa, Inside Flow, Yin Yoga, tailored to students of all levels - from beginners to advanced practitioners.

Kasen believes that yoga is more than just a physical practice; it’s a way to connect body, mind and soul. His approach centres on cultivating mindfulness, encouraging self-compassion, and respecting each individual’s unique journey. He emphasises alignment, breathwork, and intentional movement to create a practice that nurtures both strength and relaxation.
